Jahurul Islam Medical College, the Hospital, and the Nurse organization’s training were founded under the Aftab–Rahima Welfare Trust as providing medical education and research, hospital care, and nursing training services. The JIMC college offers a five-year MBBS course recognized by the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC) and heads to a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), MD degree from the University of Dhaka.
