• To notice Softamo Education Services Private Limited (Softamo) or their associates immediately if there is any change in the Information I have given in this Registration form.

I Understand that :

• The University may obtain official records from any institution I have attended previously.
• I have selected University for studies after reconfirming through my reliable sources.
• Softamo Education Services Private Limited (Softamo) is not responsible for documents submitted in respective university, and the documents become the property of the University.
• The University may vary or cancel the decision it makes if the information I have given is incorrect or incomplete.
• The university need not re-enroll me if i do not complete my studies satisfactorily in each year.
• I cannot ask the University or Softamo Education Services Private Limited (Softamo) or their associates to help me if I run short of funds and the responsibility of Softamo Education Services Private Limited (Softamo) rests only till my admission is secured in the University.
• Furthermore, I shall indemnify and keep indemnify Softamo Education Services Private Limited (Softamo) and their associates of all claims, monetary or otherwise on account of this application and for all actions of mine during my stay in selected country.
• I am aware of the fact that the invitation (Visa) is subject to approval of particular Government/ Embassy/ Consulate.
• No refund wholly or partly of College Fees/ Hostel Fees/Mess Fees /Any Other Fees by Softamo Education Services Private Limited (Softamo) or their associates paid by the Student if the Student leaves the University/institute/College/ Academy due to any reason.
• Student should provide all their Educational and Non-Educational documents on time, so that we can complete the formalities of Apostille/Red Ribbon/Visa Process etc. otherwise there can be a delay in process.
• Once the documents has been sent to Embassy for Visa processing the documents can be withdrawn from Embassy only after the completion of the Visa formalities, as the documents submitted to the embassy is the property & responsibility of the respective Embassy and we have to abide by Embassy Rules and Regulations.
• I am aware of tuition cost and living expenses and have sufficient resources to cover the full period of study. I declare the information I have given in this registration form is true and correct.
• Submission this registration form does not guarantee admission to any University/Institute it depends on University's admission Criteria.
• Availability and Submission of Passport on time to Softamo Education Services Private Limited (Softamo) office is must to get the Final Acceptance and Visa from University. University has right to cancel the admission if there is delay in getting passport within stipulated time.
• The University have the right to conduct pre-admission exam, oral or written exam or telephonic interview, failure in which may lead to cancellation of admission of the candidate. (Parents can't blame Softamo Education Services Private Limited (Softamo) for the same).
• The visa documents are issued by the respective ministry department and University of the country in which we have applied, Softamo Education Services Private Limited (Softamo) is not responsible for delay or rejection of visa.
• I/We have to pay the fees and other expenses as per the USD rate or selected country's currency rate from time to time we will abide the policies, rules standards and instructions for any program by Universities, Government of that country or Indian Government.
• I/We Understand that there may be changes, modification or amendment in Policies, Rules, Standards and Instructions for any program by Universities, Govt of that country or Indian Govt, and we will be bound by it and will abide by any such changes.
• All disputes are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction.
